Your data

Any data that you submit to Photography by Gem via the website or any other means is only ever used solely for the purpose in which it is supplied. All data is kept on a secure computer and can only be accessed by the business owner. Any photos that are uploaded to my portfolio or social media accounts may use a client’s first name or a pseudo name – this must be specified by the client.

I only collect the data that I need. This is normally a name and email address and sometimes a telephone number.

When submitting an online enquiry, your details are sent straight to me, via email and are not stored anywhere else.

I will never share your details with any third parties or use them for marketing purposes. Any special offers, etc. will be shared on my Facebook page.
