Corporate Photos

Stand out from the crowd and make a good first impression with corporate photos.

Whether you’re in the market for a challenging new career, run a business or are a large employer, it’s important to give a clear representation of yourself and/or your team.

Corporate Headshots for your professional profile

So you’re in a job you love or on the lookout for a new challenge? It’s a competitive market out there so it’s essential you stand out to head hunters, employers and people in your professional network.

If you’re reading this, you’re probably on LinkedIn. And if you’re not, you should be. It’s an invaluable social tool that gives you access to the largest professional network in the world. Your chance to shine!

A professional profile photo that’s eye-catching and clear shows that you take yourself seriously. Never use photos you’ve taken yourself (especially the dreaded selfie) as it just won’t give that important first impression.

Staff and team photos

How many times have you arranged a meeting with a colleague or business and it’s felt a little like a blind date?

Everyone feels more comfortable if they know who they’re meeting. Who to look for in a busy café or at a conference.

Professional corporate photos for you and your team will give your business the edge and a more personal touch!

Your corporate photo shoot

Here’s an overview of what to expect from your corporate photo shoot:

Step 1: Arrange your photo shoot

The first step is to get in touch to discuss your requirements. This will enable me to provide you with a quote. We’ll need to agree:

  • Date and time
  • Location
  • Scope of photo shoot (style, number of people, kit required, number of photos)
  • Specific post—processing (black and white, cropped for your website/social media)
  • Restrictions (your company’s health and safety, for example, visitor pass)

I’ll ask about your business to get a feel for the products/services you provide and the people that work for you. People have different work patterns so we’ll need to carefully plan the shoot to accommodate as many people as possible in one session. We’ll discuss the best style to shoot in as I get to know your business.

A deposit is required to secure your booking.

Step 2: Get ready

Dress appropriately for your industry.  Many of my photo shoots take place outdoors and may include outfit changes so make sure you bring a change of clothes if this is the case (and a bag to carry them in).
Pack any accessories or props that you’d like to involve in your shoot, such as kit that’s essential in your job, glasses or jewellery or even item that show off your company branding.

If you’re planning a haircut, leave a few days for it to settle so it doesn’t look too freshly cut for the shoot.

Please remind your team about the photo shoot a couple of days before.

Step 3: Your photo shoot

We’ll meet on the day at the agreed location. I’ll be the one with the camera!

The photo shoot will take place in line with the schedule we’ve agreed.

You have the option to pay your balance in cash at the end of the session or send a bank transfer before the end of the day.

Step 4: After your session

I’ll hand-pick the very best shots and do a spot of post-processing so that your new pics look their very best. You’ll be able to download your photos from my gallery and I’ll email you when they’re ready.

If you’d like more than photo package agreed, you can purchase additional images online.
