Staff and team photos

Individual staff photos

Putting a face to a name is so important in business.

How many times have you arranged a meeting with a colleague or client and it’s felt a bit like a blind date? Everyone feels more comfortable if they know who they’re meeting or who to look out for in a crowded cafe.

Eye-catching photos of your employees will bring your people page or wall of fame to life!

Team photos

Professional photos of your hard-working team will give your business the edge and a more personal touch!

Invite me along to your team building day to capture the culture of your business. Or, simply get the team together for some shots for your website.

What to expect from your photo shoot

1. Arrange shoot

Firstly, submit an online photo shoot enquiry to kick off discussions. We’ll need to agree:
  • date and time
  • location
  • scope of photo shoot (style, number of people, kit required, number of photos)
  • specific post-processing (black and white, cropped for your website/social media) requirements
  • restrictions (your company’s health and safety policy, for example, visitor passes)
I’ll ask about your business to get a feel for the products/services you provide, the people that work for you or the event you’re hosting. If you’re booking me to capture staff photos, we’ll carefully plan the shoot to accommodate as many people’s working patterns as possible during one session. A deposit is required to secure your booking.

2. Get ready

Dress appropriately for your industry and ensure anyone attending knows there will be a photographer present. Arrange for any accessories or props, such as kit that’s essential in your job, glasses or jewellery or even items that show off your company branding.

Don’t forget to iron your clothes!

Please remind your team about the photo shoot a couple of days before.

3. On the day

Your photo shoot will take place in line with the schedule we’ve agreed and I’ll arrive in plenty of time before the start of the shoot to get a feel for the location. In some instances, a site visit may be required before the shoot.

You have the option to pay your balance in cash at the end of the session or send a bank transfer before the end of the day. If you need to involve your finance department, I appreciate payment may take a little longer.

4. After your shoot

The very best shots will be hand-picked and I’ll perfect them with a spot of post-processing so that your pics look their very best. You’ll be able to download your photos from my gallery and I’ll email you when they’re ready.

Should you want more shots than your corporate photography package allows, you can purchase additional images online.
